EssilorLuxottica North America seeks a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the strategic TA function for its Operations division across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

You will set hiring strategies for contract and permanent roles including executives, partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and internal mobility, and drive enterprise-wide recruiting systems and analytics.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of recruitment leadership in an operations setting.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to travel ~40%.
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment.
• 6+ years of team leadership with growth.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation and project management.
• Experience with TA change management processes.
• Multi-country leadership, Mexico ops a plus.
• Strong data analytics to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of current TA market practices.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels Operations HR and business leaders on recruitment strategies.
• Defines NA TA resourcing, tools, and requisition balance.
• Leads recruitment strategy for contract labor and MSPs.
• Partners with corporate, wholesale & retail TA groups to embed processes.
• Owns relationships with external agencies and manages budget.
• Leads and develops a team of recruiting professionals.
• Creates programs and campaigns to build talent pipelines.
• Develops university campus programs for operations.
• Drives internal mobility across the network with HR.
• Analyzes talent metrics to influence strategies.
