Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead TA across the North America Operations division, including Oakley, logistics, mass production, and prescription manufacturing. You will set strategic direction for contract and permanent hiring within the operations perimeter and partner with HR leaders to drive internal mobility.

The role requires 12+ years in recruitment leadership in an operations environment, multi-country experience, and ~40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related area is required.
• 12+ years of Recruitment leadership experience within an operations environment (manufacturing, logistics, mass production).
• Ability to travel with estimated travel requirements of 40%.
• Experience in Agency and In-house recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Counsels Operations HR and Business Leaders on recruitment strategies and policies.
• Defines NA talent acquisition resourcing and monitors tools and workloads.
• Leads operations recruitment strategy for contract labor and vendor contracts.
• Partners with enterprise-wide recruiting systems and processes.
• Owns relationships with external agencies and manages budget with finance.
• Leads and develops a team of recruiting professionals and career pathways.
• Develops university campus programs for operations.
