You will partner with the C-suite to turn market intelligence into decisive action and shape long-term priorities across a global healthcare and pharmaceutical solutions organization.

This highly visible role reports to the VP, Corporate Strategy and collaborates with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, investments, and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, or market development.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development recommended.
• Executive-level communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape Enterprise Strategy with senior leadership and define long-term priorities.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities including partnerships, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Deliver market intelligence and translate data into actionable executive recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Champion innovation and transformation across the organization.
• Influence strategic relationships and align investments with direction.
• Oversee budgets and ensure measurable financial and strategic outcomes.
