The Cencora team is seeking a Senior Director, Market Integration Lead - North America to steer IT strategy for MA&D across North America, ensuring governance, security, and operational continuity. You will partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps, drive integration of data centers, networks, and applications, and oversee workforce and vendor engagement during transitions.

Lead with a focus on accountability, cost efficiency, and resilient infrastructure while guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of technology strategy, M&A technology, enterprise architecture, transformation, or related field.
• 8+ years in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategies and operations to support MA&D in North America.
• Oversee infrastructure integration of networks, data centers, and facilities.
• Ensure IT regulatory compliance (SOX, etc.) and security during integrations.
• Collaborate with Market Integration to align governance and standards.
• Develop workforce integration and HR alignment for merged/divested entities.
