Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, strategy, or business management.
• Proven experience directly managing staff and leading multiple departments or functions
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry a plus
• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence, or technology-enabled process improvement a plus
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Multi-location or multi-branch business environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with the Hoffman Hydronics President and executive team.
• Lead annual strategic planning process and facilitate quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps and develop process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap connecting growth to capabilities and investment.
• Oversee coordination across departments and guide succession planning.
