Job summary

Hoffman Hydronics seeks a Senior Director of Business Operations to lead strategic initiatives across 15+ branch locations in the Southeast. The role partners with the President to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure scale and profitability in a dynamic, employee‑owned environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of leadership in operations or business management, strong financial acumen, and experience with ERP and BI tools to inform data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or Operations Management required.
• MBA or advanced degree required.
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, strategy, or business management.
• Experience with ERP systems, BI, or technology-enabled process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with the Hoffman Hydronics President and executive team, translating priorities into clear decision agendas, accountable owners, milestones, risks, and measurable execution plans.
• Lead annual strategic planning process and facilitate quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps and develop process improvement solutions to increase organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee coordination and accountability across multiple departments and functions.
