• Minimum 5 years of management experience in commercial or specialty construction.
• Experience leading operations, project management, production, estimating, or field execution teams.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project resources, and budgets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
• Professional presence with a client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate the activities of operational teams across departments.
• Lead operational planning and resource allocation for project execution.
• Evaluate staffing, material, and subcontractor requirements to support production.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and profitability.
• Review reports and implement solutions to minimize delays and costs.
• Evaluate processes and implement efficiency and cost improvements.
• Monitor expenditures to meet budget objectives and maximize profitability.
• Support safety, training, communication, and process improvement programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional leaders to share best practices.
• Evaluate employee performance, coach, and recommend changes when needed.
• Foster positive employee relations and policy adherence.
• Champion safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Participate in workforce planning and organizational development.
