Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory optimization, and procurement operations. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic initiatives with day-to-day purchasing responsibilities.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and analyze spend data to drive cost reductions while managing approximately $50M in annual spend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and purchasing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, and supplier performance.
• Lead supplier negotiations, bidding, and contract management.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships, reduce risk, and improve service levels.
• Drive inventory optimization and address excess/obsolete inventory.
• Enhance reporting, controls, and procurement processes to support growth.
• Manage approximately $50M in annual spend across a diverse supplier base.
• Influence sourcing strategy and operational improvements.
