Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; 10+ years of software development.
• Experience architecting distributed systems and high-scale apps.
• Strong product judgment linking technical choices to business value.
• Proven ability to mentor and scale teams.
• Experience with multiple platforms (web, mobile, backend).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Set technical vision and roadmaps aligned to priorities.
