As theSenior Director, you will provide comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and care coordination across community-based, office-based, and specialized programs.You will ensure individualized, recovery-oriented services and documentation comply with Medicaid and New Jersey regulatory standards. Additionally, you will provide clinical expertise, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to address service needs, support client engagement and recovery, and perform additional responsibilities as organizational needs evolve
