Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, General Management, Engineering, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Proven success leading complex hardware, software, IoT, and connected product portfolios.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across executive, technical, and customer audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate Pool segment strategy into a unified 1–3+ year portfolio strategy and product roadmap across platforms and customer segments.
• Define product vision, requirements, priorities, and ensure alignment with engineering investments and business outcomes.
• Lead lifecycle management, new product introductions, and go-to-market readiness for launches and updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and regional leads.
