Pentair plc in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Product Manager - Lighting to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Residential Pool Lighting product line. You will develop a clear product strategy, align it with the Pool portfolio, and drive growth through market insights, pricing, and feature prioritization.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing to optimize revenue, margin, and timing, while delivering compelling go-to-market plans and launch readiness.

Formación

• BS in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in lighting, manufactured goods, hardware preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Passion for innovation, customer experience and operational excellence including cloud-based IoT initiatives.
• Commercial acumen: pricing, margins, forecasts and business cases.
• Understanding of channels to market, including wholesale distributors.
• Curiosity about technology, customer behavior and market dynamics in hydraulics and energy efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the Residential Pool Lighting product line from concept through launch, sustainment and end-of-life.
• Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned to the Pool portfolio and business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through market segmentation, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Support portfolio investments, pricing, and feature prioritization with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to support forecasting, revenue, margin, and mix optimization.
• Lead product launch execution with business cases, go-to-market plans and cross-functional readiness.
• Define and track KPIs such as revenue, margin, attach rates, launch performance, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
