Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Product Manager - Lighting to lead the Residential Pool Lighting line in Charlotte, NC. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life, aligning with the Pool portfolio and business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, cross-functional leadership, and experience in lighting or hardware domains; strong communication and pricing skills are essential. This is a high-impact IC role with clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in lighting, manufactured goods, hardware preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and pricing/forecasting business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Residential Pool Lighting from concept to launch and end-of-life.
• Develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap aligned to the Pool portfolio and business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities via market insights and competitive analysis.
• Support portfolio investments, pricing, and feature prioritization with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing to forecast revenue, margins and mix; manage lifecycle planning.
