Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Product Management team for Pentair Pool in Charlotte, NC, onsite at least three days a week. The role defines and leads portfolio strategy, market share growth priorities, and product roadmap execution across product lines and channels.

Collaboration with multiple functions ensures differentiated value and lifecycle management from concept through launch. You will drive governance, measure performance, and align with leadership on market

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required to support business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a unified 1-3+ year portfolio strategy and product roadmap.
• Own portfolio decisions to win share, expand category participation, and sunset or sunset products as needed.
• Lead governance and cadence to ensure roadmap timing, priorities, and plans are clear and executable.
• Oversee long-range innovation to create differentiated, market-shaping solutions and system-level advantages.
• Define product performance metrics and manage progress against financial, customer experience, and lifecycle objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance.
