Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a major product area during a shift to software-led growth. This hands-on role owns strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes, shaping PM craft across the team and partnering with engineering, design, and delivery for end-to-end execution.

You will drive market-facing enablement, align with executives, and build a durable operating model in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management.
• Owned B2B/enterprise SaaS product line with accountability.
• Built strategy from market data, research, and unit economics.
• Strong written communication for executive audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building operating models.
• Experience partnering with engineering on complex platform/data-heavy products.
• Preferred: legal tech, eDiscovery, compliance, regulated software.
• Preferred: AI/ML capabilities from demos to sellable product.
• Preferred: transition from services to product or PE-backed growth.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, security and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and roadmap for your area with market evidence and economics.
• Product execution with engineering, design, and delivery; set the standard for how work is done.
• Sales readiness and enablement in partnership with Sales.
• Cross-functional partnership with sales, marketing, operations, and delivery.
• Strategy and discovery: translate customer insights into problems worth solving.
• Delivery: own roadmap and release plan; define success measures.
• Commercialization: align with product marketing on positioning and launches.
• Leadership: hire, coach, and develop product managers; govern decision rights.
