Rental Works LLC in Greensboro, NC seeks a Director of Parts and Service to lead our service organization and drive next-stage growth. This executive role owns parts and service performance, fleet readiness, and team development, building structure, accountability, and data-driven decision making.

You will lead shop, field service, and parts teams, manage the operating budget, and implement cost controls while improving uptime and equipment life with safety and quality at the core.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in equipment rental or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead managers and technical teams and improve operations.
• Strong understanding of service workflows, parts operations, and labor productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shop, field service, and parts personnel with clear expectations.
• Own the Parts & Service budget and drive cost efficiency and uptime.
• Improve equipment availability via preventive maintenance and prioritization.
• Oversee repair quality, turnaround time, and field service responsiveness.
• Direct purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs.
• Establish processes, safety practices, and EOS/Traction practices with quarterly Rocks.
