Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of biotech experience, preferably rare/orphan medicines.
• 5+ years of payor/account management leadership.
• Proven ability to lead remote and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop market access strategies with payors and national accounts.
• Lead account deployment decisions and NAD directions for CSL brands.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing on pricing and contracting.
• Educate internal stakeholders on channel strategies and value propositions.
