Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Director, Contracting Strategy in the US to lead contracting strategies for the assigned customer segment, aligning with brand priorities and enterprise goals.

You will translate reimbursement dynamics, customer economics, and market conditions into actionable recommendations, working with cross-functional teams to support development, approval, implementation and ongoing evaluation of contracting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with US market access, pricing or contracting.
• 5+ years developing or supporting contracting strategies.
• Experience translating brand strategy and customer insights into recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of contracting strategies for the assigned customer segment.
• Develop customer and segment specific contract offerings and pricing structures.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer models, reimbursement dynamics and economics.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Pricing and cross-functional teams.
• Support governance, approvals, and implementation of contract terms.
• Monitor contract performance and optimize strategies over time.
