CSL Behring is seeking a Director of Reimbursement Strategy to translate market access insights into field execution, optimizing patient access and therapy adoption across the United States. The role partners with executive leadership and FRMs to identify payer challenges and develop scalable solutions for provider accounts, health systems, and specialty pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or market access experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reimbursement, patient access, field reimbursement, market access, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and specialty pharmacy reimbursement models.

• Translate payer and market access strategies into actionable reimbursement initiatives for field teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and develop scalable solutions across regions.
• Monitor payer policy changes and assess business impact.
