Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Executive Director-Internal Communications to serve as the enterprise leader for internal communications. You will shape how team members understand the organization's mission, strategy, priorities, and culture, guiding content that strengthens connection and supports business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 10 plus years of relevant experience.
• Requires 4 years of people leader experience.
• Requires experience managing multiple complex and often confidential projects involving multiple customers, interests and goals.
• Requires experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise leader for Internal Communications at IU Health, shaping how team members understand the organization's mission, strategy, priorities and culture.
• Lead a high-performing team of communications professionals and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Develop integrated internal communications strategies to advance enterprise priorities and drive alignment across regions and audiences.
• Collaborate with leaders across Communications and the enterprise to support change initiatives and improve the team member experience.
