The role leads supervision of communications, membership, and donor engagement, coordinates advocacy, and drives organizational impact through integrated plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a related field.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• High professionalism and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff.
• Strong project and budget management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex operational functions to support organizational objectives.
• Translates strategic priorities into coordinated external affairs initiatives.
• Directs communications, membership, and donor engagement functions.
• Develops and monitors budgets, priorities, and evaluation metrics.
• Oversees advocacy strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Conducts performance reviews and provides coaching and development.
