Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of people leader experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex and confidential projects in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Internal Communications strategy across IU Health.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive engagement and align with priorities.
• Oversee a high-performing team of communications professionals.
• Support change initiatives and ensure clear, consistent messaging across regions.
