Job summary

Dynamic SLR Inc. is seeking a Director of Installation Operations in Dallas, TX to lead a high-volume installation program.

You will own the end-to-end process from initiation to completion, build and manage a team of Project Coordinators and Field Service Operations Managers, and drive consistent, measurable results across throughput and cycle times. You will partner with senior leadership to shape operating systems, set priorities, and scale processes as the business grows.

• Demonstrated record of leading substantial operations teams in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing complex workflows with multiple teams, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Evidence of building stronger managers, developing future leaders, and improving team accountability.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn operational metrics into clear decisions and action.

Responsibilities

• Installation execution and completion from installation initiation through final completion.
• Set clear priorities and drive measurable improvements in throughput, cycle time, project aging, and completion rates.
• Lead escalations with urgency, make decisions within your scope, and provide clear recommendations when executive support is needed.
• Coordinate closely with Field Operations to align project priorities with crew capacity and resources.
