Job summary

The YMCA of Catawba Valley seeks a Senior Director of Marketing and Community Engagement to lead strategy, branding, and outreach across the association. You will translate priorities into integrated campaigns, guide digital and print storytelling, and collaborate with branch leaders to grow memberships, programs, and philanthropic support.

This role uses analytics to measure impact, build partnerships with schools and nonprofits, and strengthen the YMCA's visibility while upholding our core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute association-wide marketing and communications plans.
• Lead campaigns for membership growth, program enrollment, events, and philanthropy.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities, timelines, and promotions.
• Manage marketing calendar and develop promotional materials.
• Oversee digital channels including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Create digital content: graphics, photography, videos, newsletters.
