Xterra Health, a remote-first veteran medical evidence and consulting organization headquartered in Salem, Ohio, seeks a Director of Finance to transform financial data into an actionable plan. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, pro formas, margins, cash flow, and executive reporting, partnering with the CAO and HR on compensation and growth strategies.

As a senior FP&A leader, you will manage a Finance & Accounting Manager, own KPI frameworks, and advise on headcount, pricing, and capital

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, incl. 4+ years in FP&A
• 2+ years leading a finance function
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting/economics
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise
• Advanced Excel skills and system experience (QuickBooks)

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles with department leads
• Develop financial pro formas and scenario models for growth initiatives
• Produce monthly variance analyses with narrative and actions
• Maintain KPI framework and executive reporting cadence
• Own financial models for planning and decision making
• Provide financial consulting to CAO and executives on headcount, pricing, contracts
• Oversee close processes, payroll and multi-state contractor payments
• Lead finance team development and internal controls
