Cohera in South Florida is seeking a Director of Events to lead and scale the events program across multiple destinations. You will oversee event management teams, client programs, and vendor partnerships to deliver high-impact events with profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and hands-on execution, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of ten years work experience with at least seven in hospitality.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar, multi-day events and client portfolios.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and operate assigned client programs from planning through execution.
• Oversee all phases of event management including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Mentor and manage Event Management team to achieve targets and foster accountability.
• Ensure profitability targets by tracking costs and managing the P&L.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Vendors to ensure cohesive program delivery.
