Job summary

Cohera, formed by the merger of 360 Destination Group and CSI DMC, is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts. You will drive strategic partnerships, manage high-profile client relationships, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver unforgettable corporate events across destinations.

The role requires a strong background in DMC services and enterprise sales, with travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• DMC/service or significant meeting management experience.
• 10+ years of group sales experience.
• Proven track record with senior‑level clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to execute a consultative selling process.
• Knowledge of direct marketing sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic partnership opportunities and MSAs.
• Maintain thorough Salesforce records for accounts and opportunities.
• Lead collaboration between customer and destination teams.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals and revenue targets.
• Represent the brand at events, tradeshows, and client visits.
• Develop and distribute marketing collateral with Marketing.
