Responsibilities

• Manages Event Management Operations and Budgets, develops business plans and long-term strategies; sets measurable goals; ensures standards and procedures.
• Oversees event logistics, administration, and transitions across event phases; maintains spaces and equipment.
• Ensures profitability by managing expenditures within budget and monitoring trends; reviews effectiveness annually.
