Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college; degree desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• At least two years in a similar role in a comparable operation preferred.
• Experience with Delphi and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Catering sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate client and guest needs for events.
• Resolve complaints and requests to client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of daily scheduled group functions and requirements.
• Review sales and labor costs; track against budget.
• Manage group room blocks up to contract cut-off.
• Prepare accurate deposit invoices.
• Review final bills for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute banquet event orders promptly.
