Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to prepare and manage cost estimates for diverse construction projects, including hospitals, schools, commercial, industrial, and government facilities. You will review drawings, specifications, and proposals to craft accurate time, cost, and labor estimates.

The role requires at least five years of estimator experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and estimation software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Estimator with hospital, higher education, school, commercial, federal/state/government, industrial, and hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and government sectors.
• Evaluate blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other docs to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and project teams to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits and collect data to accurately estimate costs.
• Present cost reports and analyses to management and clients.
• Analyze completed projects to compare estimates with actual costs and explain variances.
• Provide recommendations to improve estimating procedures and reduce discrepancies.
