Job summary

DigDeep seeks a Director of Development in Los Angeles to steer fundraising strategy, expand major gifts, foundations, and partnerships, and lead a growing development team. You will report to the Founder & CEO, collaborate with the Board, and drive donor engagement and communications.

The role focuses on strategic planning, pipeline development, and building robust fundraising programs, including CRM and reporting, with travel as needed and a strong commitment to DigDeep’s mission to close

Qualifications

• Experience leading development teams and fundraising programs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to build and manage donor relationships and pipelines.
• Willingness to travel and represent the organization at events.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategy and donor engagement to meet organizational goals.
• Oversee grants, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and foundations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Development Department.
• Manage CRM, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to align fundraising with strategy.
• Represent DigDeep at events and in communications.
