Repair the World is seeking an experienced frontline fundraiser to serve as Development Director for our San Francisco Bay Area and Chicago communities.

You will lead all fundraising efforts across both markets, managing a portfolio of individual donors, foundations, federations, and corporate partners while partnering with local staff and lay leaders to advance Repair’s mission. This is a mission-driven, fast-paced role requiring relationship-building and strategic philanthropy.

In this role, you will lead all fundraising efforts across both markets, managing a portfolio of individual donors, foundations, federations, and corporate partners while actively identifying and securing new philanthropic investment. You will serve as the primary development presence in two of Repair’s most dynamic communities, partnering closely with local Repair the World staff and lay leaders.
