Position Overview

The Senior Director of Development will provide strategic leadership and direction to the development department, driving fundraising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. This role requires a mission‑driven leader with excellent communication skills, strong spiritual leadership, and a servant’s attitude who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Job Requirements
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Management/Administrative experience, including managing/supervising a staff of 5–10.
  • Five or more years’ of fundraising leadership experience.

  • Manage and oversee the departmental budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including major gifts, campaigns, and donor stewardship.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize fundraising opportunities.
  • Analyze fundraising data and trends to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong spiritual leadership, fostering a culture of service and mission alignment.
