35-40 hours/week M-F(some weekends required due to Sunday Church service speaking engagements) .

Hybrid position. Work in the office Monday-Thursday 10-5 pm, Friday 10-4

Remaining hours can be "work from home".

Position Overview

Elizabeth's New Life Center is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Development Officer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is vital in advancing our mission by cultivating relationships, securing funding, and supporting the growth of our programs. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with a servant's heart who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar focus.
  • 1-3 years of fund development or sales experience
  • Well established in local community relations
  • Existing knowledge of fund development practices
  • Driving to and from various locations is required. Must have a valid driver's license and private automobile insurance and be insurable under ENLC policy
