Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar focus.
  • 1-3 years of fund development or sales experience
  • Well established in local community relations
  • Existing knowledge of fund development practices
  • Driving to and from various locations is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance and be insurable under ENLC policy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and participate in fundraising events and campaigns.

35-40 hours/week M-F (someweekends required due to Sunday Church service speaking engagements) .

Hybrid position. Work in the office Monday 12-6 pm, Tuesday - Thursday 10-4.

Remaining hours can be "work from home".
