Job summary

Pattern Energy seeks a Senior Director of Information and Cybersecurity to lead governance, risk, and operations across cyber, OT, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the SVP and executive leadership to embed security into enterprise planning, manage incidents, drive resilience, and ensure NERC CIP readiness across generation, storage, and transmission assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
• Experience leading cybersecurity, risk, and resilience programs in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, security operations, OT security, cyber resilience, and AI security.
• Develop and manage enterprise cybersecurity strategy, budgets, and governance reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (NERC CIP) and third-party risk oversight across generation, storage, and transmission environments.
