Expedia Group seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Development to identify and execute inorganic opportunities, partnering with the executive team to shape strategy. The role focuses on mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, and divestitures, with cross-functional due diligence and rigorous business cases.

Based in Seattle, San Francisco, or NYC, this hybrid role requires three in-office days weekly. MBA preferred with 10+ years in corporate development and strong financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate development and M&A experience at large public companies.
• Proven track record in leading transactions end to end.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify compelling inorganic opportunities to accelerate Expedia Group's strategy, spanning mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, and divestitures.
• Prepare thoughtful, comprehensive and cross-functional business cases to discuss the opportunity with our senior executive team and board of directors.
• Execute transactions, drive due diligence and negotiate key terms.
• Partner with key internal leaders to ensure successful post-deal integration of the target and value realization for Expedia Group.
• Mentor and coach junior members of our Corporate Development team.
