Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Corporate Development to identify and execute inorganic growth opportunities. You will partner with the executive team to drive strategic transactions, from initial assessment through deal close and integration.

The role requires a track record of leading end-to-end M&A projects, strong financial modeling, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hybrid work model with three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate development and M&A experience at large public companies.
• Proven track record in leading transactions end to end.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in travel industry preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify compelling inorganic opportunities to accelerate Expedia Group's strategy, spanning mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, and divestitures
• Prepare thoughtful, comprehensive and cross-functional business cases to discuss the opportunity with our senior executive team and board of directors
• Execute transactions, drive due diligence and negotiate key terms
• Partner with key internal leaders to ensure successful post-deal integration of the target and value realization for Expedia Group
• Mentor and coach junior members of our Corporate Development team
