Baylor Miraca Genetics, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits to oversee global compensation and benefits programs and partner with the executive team on strategic workforce initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in health, life, disability, and retirement plans, as well as equity compensation, with a focus on data-driven decision making and enterprise-wide process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (e.g., CCP, SPHR).
• 12+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Certification preferred: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or SPHR.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee insurance programs including life, disability, and health insurance plans.
• Administers employee savings plans including the company’s 401(k) plan.
• Advises employees on changes to benefits including eligibility and coverage.
• Researches incentive compensation plans and makes recommendations to stay competitive.
• Integrates data and consults on equity compensation.
• Ensures accurate delivery of employer contributions and payroll deductions.
• Maintains records and reports required by applicable rules and policies.
• Sets carriers and plans based on quotes and prior experience.
• Monitors plan compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
