• Drive process improvement initiatives, including the PASSPort transition and streamlined workflows.
• Conduct monthly and year-end closings and oversee reconciliation and audit processes.
• Leverage data/analytics to monitor performance and drive optimization.
• Serve as liaison with vendors, stakeholders, and senior leadership to resolve issues.
