Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering—Global Payroll to lead multiple technology areas, drive strategy, and partner with Payroll Operations and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant payroll platforms.

You will own Oracle HCM Payroll/Time, integrate ADP GlobalView/Celergo, and guide cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, and production support to meet high standards of availability, security, and data quality.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Strong experience delivering payroll technology (platforms and integrations) in a large, global enterprise.
• Experience with ADP GlobalView and/or ADP Celergo including integration governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and delivery for payroll platforms and integrations.
• Own configuration, upgrades, environment management, and integration architecture for Oracle HCM Payroll and Time.
• Ensure data flows for global payroll and time technologies are reliable and observable.
