Axelera AI in the US is seeking a (Senior) Director of Sales to own new business and account growth across hyperscalers, neocloud/inference-as-a-service providers, enterprises, and frontier AI labs in the Americas. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role for someone who has sold complex compute infrastructure and navigated long, technical sales cycles from evaluation through deployment at scale.

Competenze

• 10–15+ years semiconductor or compute infra sales.
• Existing relationships with US hyperscalers, neoclouds, or frontier AI labs.
• Experience selling long, capacity-driven sales cycles for AI hardware.

Mansioni

• Own and grow a book of business across hyperscalers, neocloud/inference-as-a-service providers, enterprises, and frontier model vendors in the US.
• Manage complex, technical sales cycles involving infrastructure engineering, procurement, capacity planning, and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate routes to market inside accounts with direct buyers, OEM/ODM partners, and channel/qualification steps.
• Translate technical differentiation into commercial outcomes for hyperscaler and neocloud scale.
• Identify and close capacity commitments and design-in opportunities from evaluation to deployment.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline, forecast accurately, and report progress in Salesforce.
• Represent Axelera at industry events, customer visits, and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with product, field applications engineering, and marketing to shape go-to-market for silicon launches.
• Create, negotiate, and drive contracts through to close with legal and finance support.
