Axelera AI is seeking an engineering leader to establish its AI Infrastructure Systems division in the US. This hands-on role involves building a multidisciplinary team, shaping the technical roadmap, and owning the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hardware engineering for complex electronics products.
• Proven track record of shipping datacenter or server-class compute hardware.
• Deep expertise in high-speed interfaces and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

• Build the Infrastructure Systems engineering team from the ground up.
• Define the technical roadmap for the division's server products.
• Drive datacenter-grade platform engineering including management and telemetry.
