System One is seeking a senior relationship owner to manage strategic nuclear customer accounts, guiding programs from award through execution, ramp periods, and follow-on opportunities. You will build trust with director-level stakeholders and serve as the primary escalation point for customer-facing issues, ensuring alignment of scope, status, risks, and commitments.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive customer-facing leadership in industrial or nuclear environments.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships.
• Experience leading teams and influencing across functions without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of ASME Section III, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own executive-level customer relationships for strategic programs from award through execution.
• Lead reviews, milestone communications, and recovery discussions.
• Establish operating cadence, governance, and playbooks for the Customer Programs team.
• Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities and forecast relationships.
• Track KPIs, manage escalations, and ensure alignment of scope and commitments.
