This onsite, direct-hire role oversees programs from order intake to closeout, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and other functions to meet schedules and customer expectations. Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of experience in customer program management or related role.
• Proven success managing customer relationships in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, including with senior executives.
• Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and maintain trust when commitments change.
• Understanding of manufacturing execution, schedules, and production constraints.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, schedules, milestone management, risk management, and status reporting.
• Strong ownership, organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen: impact of execution on costs and profitability.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted customer relationships and drive successful execution of complex manufacturing programs from order intake through delivery, customer acceptance, and closeout.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic customers through consistent communication and follow-through.
• Lead conversations involving schedule changes, delivery risks, and quality concerns while maintaining customer confidence.
• Manage escalations, resolve conflicts, and develop practical solutions before issues affect performance.
• Own assigned programs from order intake through manufacturing, inspection, shipment, and closeout, coordinating across functions.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, action plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Quality on inspections and required documentation packages.
• Support contract execution, change orders, billing milestones, and margin management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address commercial issues and clarify scope.
• Protect program margins and business performance while maintaining customer relationships.
• Escalate risks appropriately and drive timely resolutions.
• Improve program visibility, handoffs, and continuous improvement in processes.
• Influence teams across boundaries without direct reporting authority.
