Flowserve Corporation seeks a Senior Nuclear Supply Chain Leader to build and lead the global nuclear procurement framework. You will align Supply Chain, Sourcing, QA, Engineering, and Manufacturing to create a repeatable operating model for nuclear customers, guiding supplier development and compliance across the organization.

The role emphasizes leadership without direct authority, strategic roadmap creation, and ensuring supplier readiness to meet regulatory and quality obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, business, or related discipline.
• Ten or more years in sourcing, supply chain, operations, or program management in regulated environment.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional programs.
• Ability to simplify complex technical requirements and communicate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and improvement of a scalable nuclear supply-chain framework and site-specific procurement procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to resolve barriers and ensure supplier qualification, compliance, and delivery.
• Establish and manage the nuclear supply-chain roadmap, including project plans, risk registers, and leadership reporting.
• Drive nuclear project sourcing from strategy through award and execution, balancing cost, capacity, schedule, and quality.
• Build and mature a nuclear supplier base through assessments, audits, corrective actions, and risk segmentation.
• Translate nuclear codes, customer specifications, and quality obligations into practical supply-chain deliverables.
• Develop and deliver targeted training on material traceability, supplier qualification, and procurement controls.
