Job summary

Master Machine, part of Fusion Enterprises, seeks a Director of Customer Programs to lead the serialization-focused customer programs portfolio. You will own executive-level relationships, establish operating rhythms, and build a structured Customer Programs team to translate trust into repeat business and long-term partnerships.

You will shape governance, mentor senior managers, and collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure consistent, proactive customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing leadership, program management, account leadership, or related industrial leadership roles.
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships in complex industrial, energy, defense, or nuclear environments.
• Experience leading teams and influencing across Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Quality without direct authority over all participating functions.
• Strong executive communication skills, including customer presentations, strategic updates, and issue-resolution messaging.
• Ability to operate with urgency, judgment, and credibility in multi-program, high-accountability environments.
• Nuclear industry experience, including familiarity with regulated quality and compliance environments such as ASME Section III, NQA-1, and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.

Responsibilities

• Own senior customer relationships and ensure major accounts experience a proactive Master Machine presence.
• Stand up and lead the customer programs operating model, including hiring, coaching, and aligning Customer Program Managers.
• Grow and align execution to maximize follow-on awards and program growth.
• Represent customer voice in strategic planning and align execution with customer expectations.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Quality to drive outcomes.
