You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to optimize the Integrated Evidence Plan, generate global evidence, and guide access policies while advancing evidence-based medicine in oncology.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes or related fields in biopharma.
• Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE development.
• Track record of high-impact publications in HEOR/RWE topics.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Knowledge of managed care, formulary decision-making, and payment/access models.
• Ability to engage with RWE experts and therapeutic areas.

Responsabilidades

• Align with Medical Affairs and Development leadership to design research and deliver evidence aligned with the medical strategy and IEP.
• Develop and evolve product HEOR/RWE strategy globally, integrating with development, commercial, regulatory, and market access planning.
• Deliver HEOR/RWE tactics with quality and on schedule.
• Provide HEOR/RWE leadership on matrix teams and working groups.
• Communicate value insights to internal teams of key stakeholders.
• Provide HEOR evidence addressing needs of patients, providers, payers and HTA agencies.
• Lead enterprise partnerships with payers, HTA agencies, and global consortia to shape access strategy and evidence generation.
• Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders to support decision making and adoption.
• Articulate the value proposition of Revolution Medicines' portfolio to inform therapeutic decisions.
• Engage external partners to gather insights and co-create value evidence.
• Coordinate real-world research engagements with healthcare, academic and payer organizations.
• Stay up to date with health economics methodologies and best practices.
• Identify HEOR & RWE experts and data sources related to portfolio.
• Monitor payer environment trends and communicate gaps to build leading capabilities.
