Qualifications

• 8–10 years of RWE experience in CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech settings.
• Experience with studies based on secondary data (claims, EMR, registries) across multiple healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory and payer submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the RWE strategy at the program level; interface with GPTs and subteams.
• Lead PRWE and CMS cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality, timely outsourced deliverables and strong internal communication.
• Lead RWE design and execution within IEPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Represent PRWE in external scientific communications and conferences.
