Job summary

Nuvation Bio is seeking an experienced leader to provide scientific leadership for evidence generation across oncology assets, including RWE, EAPs, external research, and non-interventional studies.

You will shape medical strategy, oversee study design and analysis, and coordinate data sources to support regulatory submissions, reimbursement, and lifecycle planning for solid tumor assets with NSCLC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, oncology, public health or related field
• Director/ Senior Director level experience with enterprise RWE programs
• Proven ability to design and deliver observational studies and RWE for regulatory and payer decisions
• Experience with NSCLC data and oncology endpoints is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs) across oncology assets.
• Lead observational studies and RWE projects across data sources (EHR, claims, registries).
• Oversee End-to-end delivery with vendors/CROs and budgets while ensuring GCP/ICH compliance.
• Interface with regulatory, payer and HTA bodies to support submissions and value messaging.
• Collaborate across Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory to align evidence goals.
